You may be wondering how much it costs to have your house power washed. Or, you may not know that due to the specialized equipment and risk involved, it costs quite a bit more to have your roof cleaned. Although no two jobs are exact, below we will try to provide valuable information on the price of pressure washing in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
“Typical” house washes (siding, porches, gutter exteriors, window frames) cost between $300-500. These are suburban homes that are generally between 1,500-2,500 sq ft. Roofs usually cost between $400-$700 but when the homeowner wants both services, the overall price goes down drastically. The same goes for fences & concrete (porches, decks, patios, steps etc) which usually add roughly $150-$300 to the total price of the service.
Below are a few examples of jobs we have done:
– 2,500 sq ft single story house. House, roof, and all the flatwork. $995
– 2,500 sq ft 2-story house. House, roof, and all the flatwork. $1,350
– 2,500 sq ft single story house. House only. $400.
– 2,500 sq ft single story house. Roof only. $500
– Vinyl wash only. $195
– Flatwork (concrete walks, patio, driveway) only. $325
There is really no difference between the two terms. Either phrase can be substituted for our service. Don’t be concerned about the term “power” or “pressure. We are trained to use the proper pressure to clean each surface.

The surface you need cleaned will determine what chemical will be used. How dirty your surface is will determine how much chemical will be used. Our power washers allow for variable pressures to keep minimal pressure on a particular surface. Cleaning vinyl siding with our soft washing technique uses a mixture of eco-friendly chemicals and very low pressure. For some concrete cleaning jobs, we do not need any chemicals. Just good ole fashioned water pressure and a flat surface cleaner designed specifically for concrete cleaning. The deck cleaning chemicals we use depend on the type of deck and staining application that is currently being used.

We don’t offer NON VINYL WRAPPED aluminum siding cleaning or do we clean any wood that hasn’t been washed and sealed within the past 2 (two) years. The risk of damaging those surfaces is very high due to neglect, becoming dry and brittle with age, or in the case of aluminum siding that is NOT vinyl coated, the painted coating tends to be heavily oxidized and nearly impossible to clean.
